First started in 2016 to mark the birth celebration of HRH the Gyalsey (Crown Prince), the Royal Highland Festival is a popular festival held in Laya, Gasa (4000 meters above sea level).
The festival is a event to showcase the beauty and wonders of Gasa Dzongkhag and the life of Highlanders in Bhutan.
